Jeeter Mile High Jet Fuel Gelato 5pk (Astoria)

Ever wanted to join the mile high club? No, we aren't talking about that thing that two consenting adults may or may not choose to do while flying in a commercial airliner that may or may not be against federal aviation regulations. We're talking about trying the new Jet Fuel Gelato from Jeeter! These things will have you so high you'll start to worry about feeling turbulence. Don't worry, that rumbling that you're feeling isn't violent pockets of cold air hitting your fuselage. It's laughter! You probably don't even have a fuselage. We certainly don't. Head to Terp Bros Astoria today (no need to come 3 hours early) and grab your pack before these things take off for good!
2x Baked Rainbow Cookie (Astoria)

There are a few foods out there that make you immediately think of New York. A perfect slice of pizza. A bacon egg and cheese with salt, pepper, and ketchup. And, on the sweet side, the rainbow cookie. Perfectly layered fluffy cake pieces clinging together with sweet, tart and tangy jam, sweet and velvety chocolate coating, and a flavor that is absolutely unmistakable. The mad scientists over at 2x Baked have taken this beloved New York dessert and infused it with cannabis (and love) to create the sweet treat you just can't beat with a high that's just enough to get you by. We're high. We're rhyming unnecessarily. Sorry. Please come to Terp Bros Astoria today and break this curse by buying a bunch of rainbow cookies from 2x Baked.
Space Buds Pineapple Upside Down Cake Moonrocks (Ozone Park)

Have you ever had a pineapple upside down cake before? No? Crazy. Go to the nearest bakery that sells them and get yourself one. We'll wait. Better yet, just come to Terp Bros Ozone Park to get yourself a bag of the new Pineapple Upside Down Cake Moonrocks from Space Buds! No baking required, but some baking will probably still happen. Definitely. For the uninitiated, Moonrocks are buds that have been dipped in liquid concentrate and rolled in kief. That means that they are not for the faint of heart (or lung) and are not for beginners. However, if you're a long time smoker or have a high tolerance, these may be perfect for you! To find out, head to Terp Bros Ozone Park and grab yourself a bag (or three) today!
Bodega Boyz Prerolls, Singles & 5pks (Ozone Park)

If you love prerolls and are a true flavor chaser, then odds are you've already heard of or even smoked the prerolls from Bodega Boyz. In case you haven't, you're in luck! The magical minds at Bodega Boyz have concocted a mind bending lineup of flavors and strains for their infused prerolls that may be overwhelming if you try to take it all in at once. Do yourself a favor, step back, breathe. Remember you can always try them all eventually. Start small, pace yourself.

A lot of the prerolls from Bodega Boyz come in both single and five pack options so you can try it out before you commit. You know, if your ex was right and you do have commitment issues. Sorry, that was rude. You can commit. And to prove it, you should come to Terp Bros Ozone Park and get yourself a five pack. Or a single. Just do whatever you want, they've moved on and so should you.
Weekly Restaurant Highlights
Dumpling Magic Momo Truck (LIC)

If the siren song of sizzling fresh handmade Tibetan dumplings beckons you to anywhere this summer, let it be to Dumpling Magic, a momo cart in Long Island City cranking out perfectly folded pockets of joy coated in deliciously mouthwatering sauces. Regardless of if you want sweet, spicy, creamy, or naked (sauceless) they have you covered. And sure, you may be asking yourself who in their right mind would ever order momo without any of the available sauces or toppings. But when you see how many people are ordering them plain, you'll understand that the quality of the dumplings themselves is what truly shines above everything else. Great news! Not only can you get them in Long Island City, but you can also visit their cart on the Upper East Side if you happen to be visiting the city anytime soon!
D'Angelo's Italian Sausage (Middle Village)

From hot dogs to Italian sausage and peppers sandwiches, New Yorkers love tube shaped meat in a bun. If you are one of the many people in this city keeping the tube shaped meat product industry alive and well, you'll want to check out D'Angelo's Italian Sausage, a truck in Middle Village slinging sausage in the most appropriate way possible. Their hot dogs are stacked and make the bun look like an afterthought. Their sausage and peppers are so flavorful you'll ask yourself what you were eating every other time you've ever ordered one. Their customer service is top of the line and the fact that you can enjoy a piping hot tube shaped meat product while standing outside adds a special something to the experience. Make sure you tell them Terp Bros sent you when you stop by!
Small Business Spotlight
Queens Collaborative (Queens)

Queens Collaborative is a local neighborhood LGBTQ run art studio that offers free open studio time as well as classes, workshops, and seminars to local artists. Places like this are important because, as you know, being an artist is rarely a lucrative career choice. At least not until after you're dead for some reason. However, because of this, places like Queens Collaborative are so great because it gives local artists a place to feel free and express themselves in ways they otherwise wouldn't be able to. That is good for all of us that enjoy art and creativity in general. Queens Collaborative is also a mutual aid project so they focus on pooling insights, information, funds, and resources to help mutually benefit everyone involved. They are doing amazing work here in Queens so if you're an artist looking for a space to do your thing or if you're looking for a worthwhile local community to invest in, consider Queens Collaborative!
