How

Chapter 04

How Late Does Same-Day Delivery Run?

Terp Bros NYC same-day cannabis delivery runs Queens-wide as long as you place your order by 9:00 PM. Orders confirmed before the cutoff arrive the same day, free over $100. Prepay with Dutchie Pay and have your valid 21+ government-issued ID ready for the driver at the door.

The 9:00 PM cutoff is earlier than the in-store close on purpose - it leaves the driver time to pick, route, and deliver before the night ends. Simple rule: order delivery by 9:00 PM. Drivers dispatch from whichever store is closer, so coverage spans the borough from Long Island City to the Rockaways - details on our cannabis delivery page. Miss the cutoff and you can still walk in before close (see the store pages for current hours), or schedule for the next day.

Chapter 05

Are You Open on Sundays?

Yes - Terp Bros NYC is open every Sunday at both the Astoria and Ozone Park dispensaries. We do not close on Sundays, and Sunday delivery runs on the same 9:00 PM order-by cutoff as the rest of the week. Current Sunday hours are on the Astoria store page and the Ozone Park store page. You can also order by 9:00 PM, pay through Dutchie Pay, and meet the driver with your 21+ ID.

Chapter 06

Are Holiday Hours Different?

Hours can change on major holidays. On holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day we may open later or close earlier than the schedule on our store pages, so always confirm same-day before you travel.

The most reliable check is the live "open now" status on our Google Business Profile, or a call to the store: Astoria (929) 614-3591, Ozone Park (718) 308-3600. We post any holiday adjustment ahead of time, and if a store is on a shortened schedule, delivery may still be running.

Chapter 07

How Do I Check If Terp Bros Is Open Right Now?

To confirm Terp Bros NYC is open right now, check the real-time "open now" badge on our Google Business Profile (it reflects holiday changes automatically), the hours on our Astoria and Ozone Park store pages, or call the store - Astoria (929) 614-3591, Ozone Park (718) 308-3600. Our menu only takes orders during operating windows, so an active checkout also means we are open.

Head to whichever store is closer: Astoria near the Astoria-Ditmars Blvd N/W terminal, or Ozone Park about 4.1 mi from JFK.

A Quick Note on New York Cannabis Law

In New York, adults 21 and older may possess up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower or up to 24 grams of concentrate, and may legally buy cannabis only from retailers licensed by the NY Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). Buying from unlicensed sellers is illegal. Terp Bros NYC holds OCM licenses OCM-CAURD-23-000020 (Astoria) and OCM-CAURD-25-000294 (Ozone Park).

These limits come from New York's Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA). The same daily cap applies whether you walk in or order delivery. Only OCM-licensed dispensaries like Terp Bros may legally sell adult-use cannabis in New York; sellers operating without an OCM license are unlicensed and illegal, regardless of their signage. Source: cannabis.ny.gov and the MRTA. Laws change - verify at cannabis.ny.gov.
