How do I schedule a delivery?
Open the Astoria or Ozone Park menu, add items to the cart, select "Scheduled delivery" at checkout, and pick your delivery date and window. Upload the 21+ ID matching your account name and settle payment via Dutchie Pay. You'll get a confirmation with your window.
Do I pay upfront for scheduled delivery?
Yes — delivery is prepay-only via Dutchie Pay, whether same-day or scheduled. The driver doesn't accept cash, debit, or credit at the door. Payment settles when you place the order.
Can I change or cancel a scheduled order?
Call the store on your confirmation as soon as you know. Before the driver is dispatched, the store can cancel or reschedule. After dispatch, the driver is on the road and changes get difficult.
Can I schedule across midnight?
No. Delivery operates during store hours: Sun–Wed 8 AM–10 PM, Thu–Sat 8 AM–11 PM.
Is pickup cheaper than scheduled delivery?
Pickup is always free. Scheduled and same-day delivery both carry the $5 flat fee (free over $100).
Can someone else accept a scheduled delivery for me?
No — same rule as same-day. Only the account holder whose ID is on file can accept the handoff. The driver checks ID at the door.
What does scheduled packaging look like?
Discreet packaging — no Terp Bros branding visible at the door. Order arrives in a plain, sealed package. Same packaging standard as same-day.
