No. Live delivery orders go through the menu directly. If you have an active order question, text the driver line at (929) 614-3591 during dispatch hours. This form is for press, wholesale, careers, partnerships, and questions that are not active orders.
Every press request gets read. The [email protected] inbox gets a full editorial reply within 24 hours. Press requests that come into the General inbox get routed but receive a shorter acknowledgement first while we move them over. Use the press channel for fastest turnaround.
Occasionally Dutchie's menu surface caches license metadata. If you spot a missing or wrong CAURD number, email General with a screenshot and the SKU. We push a fix into the Dutchie store admin within 30 minutes and the live menu refreshes in the next cache cycle (under an hour).
Email Wholesale with: brand deck, lab results, COA history (last 3 batches minimum), and your NY OCM license number. The curation committee reviews submissions weekly. Approved brands hear back within 2 weeks with a wholesale-pricing template + first-PO conversation. We prioritize equity-licensed and NY-grown.
