02 · The BriefWhat STIIIZY means at the Terp Bros counter.
STIIIZY is the vape pod system Queens customers walk in already knowing, the proprietary pod-and-battery format has been a top-selling vape ecosystem in the legal market for years, and the brand has held that position by controlling both the hardware and the oil that goes into it. At Astoria and Ozone Park, STIIIZY fills multiple slots on the wall: the pod system itself, plus expanded categories the brand built out, flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates. The pod system is the anchor and the reason most customers say the brand name at the counter. Originally founded in California in 2017 by James Kim and Tony Huang under the Shryne Group, STIIIZY reached the New York market through Shryne's NY-licensed operations, meaning every pod, edible, and flower SKU we sell is produced and lab-tested inside the state. The brand also operates its own dispensaries in multiple states, but in New York, you buy STIIIZY at independent retailers like Terp Bros, who carry the lineup across both stores.
Why it lives at Terp BrosSTIIIZY earns space at both Queens stores because the pod system is one of the most-requested vape formats by name in the entire NY legal market. The closed-loop format, proprietary battery, proprietary pod, means once a customer is locked into the system, the repeat purchase is built in. Stocking the full ecosystem (battery, pods, flower, edibles) means a STIIIZY customer can buy their full kit from us instead of splitting orders. The category breadth also matters for budtender flow: if a customer comes in for a pod and is curious about edibles, we can cross-recommend without leaving the brand. That's a strong retention loop on a busy Friday at Ditmars.
★Pick up a STIIIZY pod and battery combo at Astoria or Ozone Park when you want the closed-loop vape system that's already in heavy rotation across Queens. The pod swap is faster and cleaner than refilling a 510 cart between sessions. Once you're locked into the system with the proprietary battery, the daily-driver use case is built in and the repeat purchase at the counter handles itself.
