What is Terp Perks?
Terp Perks is the Terp Bros NYC loyalty program - free to join, open to any customer 21+ at either our Astoria or Ozone Park store. Members earn 1 point per dollar spent (pre-tax), get an automatic $5 birthday credit, and stack 2× point multipliers on drop days, holidays, and monthly member events.
How do I sign up for Terp Perks?
Three ways: (1) text JOIN to our member line at the register, (2) enroll at online checkout when you order, or (3) sign up at the counter on your next visit - it takes under a minute. All you need is a phone number and your date of birth for the birthday drop.
How many points do I earn per purchase?
You earn 1 point per $1 spent (pre-tax) on every purchase - in-store, pickup, or delivery. 2× multiplier events (typically Tuesdays, holidays, and strain drops) double your earn. Points post instantly to your account at checkout.
How do I redeem Terp Perks points?
At checkout - online or in-store - tell your budtender to apply points. Redemption tiers: 100 points = $5 off, 250 points = $15 off, 500 points = a free house pre-roll. Points stack with daily deals and your birthday credit. No blackout dates.
Do Terp Perks points expire?
Points stay active as long as you shop with us at least once every 12 months. If you go silent for a full year, the account pauses and points roll into a re-activation pool you can reclaim on your next purchase. We don't quietly erase points.
Can I use Terp Perks at both locations?
Yes - one account, both stores. Your phone number links everything, so you can earn points in Astoria, redeem them in Ozone Park, and vice versa. Online orders from either store pull from the same points balance.
What is the birthday drop?
The automatic $5 credit we drop into every member's account at 12am on their birthday. No code to remember, no email to chase. It's valid for 7 days at either store, stacks with daily deals and point redemptions, and has no minimum order.
Is there a referral bonus?
Yes - every member gets a unique referral code. When a friend signs up with your code and completes their first order of $30 or more, you both get $15 in points plus a free house pre-roll. No cap on referrals. Limits: one code per new member, new customers only.
Does Terp Perks stack with daily deals?
Yes. Points redemptions, the birthday drop, and referral rewards all stack with daily deals, Happy Hour pricing, first-time discounts, and seasonal specials. The only exception is other loyalty promos (one loyalty promo per transaction).
