Cafe Shangrila (Sunnyside)

Before we get too far into how amazing this Nepalese / Himalayan spot in Sunnyside is, we just want to say three simple words. Butter Chicken Momos. There, we said it. We didn't bury the lead. You could, in theory, stop reading this paragraph right now and get all you really need out of it. For those readers still out there, let's break it down a bit. Butter chicken is a velvety smooth, rich, perfectly seasoned dish inspired by Indian cuisine. Momo are Nepalese dumplings stuffed with various meats and topped with fantastic sauces. Combine the two and you've got the main reason we think you should check this place out. In fact, just go. It isn't far. You won't regret it. We aren't even going to waste your time listing all the rest of the amazing dishes on their menu. You're welcome in advance. Butter chicken momo. There you go.
