Bodega Boyz Chopped Cheese Bubble Hash Infused Prerolls (Both Locations)

Bodega Boyz already made high quality prerolls in packs and singles. They already tasted great and got us totally blasted. They really didn't have to do this. But they did do it, and we're very thankful that they did because this new line of Chopped Cheese bubble hash infused joints hits like a true chopped cheese at the bodega after a long night out. Only without all of the grease and saturated fats. These things are small but mighty, boasting just over a gram each but rolled fat with a wide filter for the perfect slow pull. The hash burns great, there's a true resin ring on each, and there are a bunch of different strains to choose from. Hash is the oldest and most widely smoked form of cannabis concentrate in the world for good reason. If you love hash or if you've never tried it before and are interested in what all the hype is about, come to Terp Bros Astoria or Ozone Park and grab a Chopped Cheese preroll from Bodega Boyz today!
Veteran's Choice Creations RSO Full Extract Cannabis Oil (Ozone Park)

Here at Terp Bros we value our veterans in many ways. We offer a veteran discount and we source products made by and for veterans that non-veterans can also benefit from and enjoy. If you are not familiar with RSO (Rick Simpson Oil), it is a high potency cannabis extract that has all of the benefits of a full spectrum extract but with much higher THC concentration than other full spectrum extracts. The effects of RSO also last much longer than other, more traditional consumption methods. Some users claim the effects last between six to eight hours. For that reason, a lot of people choose to use RSO as an after work or before bed option. It is also used as a high dose method to treat a number of medical conditions, though it is not FDA approved and this is not medical advice. Whether you need a high dose of THC to treat pain or insomnia or if you just have the tolerance of an elephant, RSO may be the perfect thing for you. If you think so, head down to Terp Bros Ozone Park today to grab some for yourself!
To The Moon Flower Half Ounces, New Strains! (Astoria)

The moon is a place of high controversy. Have we been there? Did we fake the moon landing? Will there ever be a quality establishment on the lunar surface where we can play low gravity basketball so I can finally feel what it's like to dunk? So many questions unanswered, one more personal than the others. The question that will not be left unanswered today is whether or not To The Moon flower is quality. It is. In fact, it's actually kind of crazy how low the prices on these half ounces are. You would almost expect them to be flying out the door, and you'd be right because they are. In fact, some of the original strain we had in their half ounces sold out way faster than we expected them to. We called up To The Moon and they said "Say Less" and sent us a shiny new shuttle straight through orbit and down to earth right here in Queens just for you! The two new strains we have are the Purple Headband and the Rainbow Sangria. Both hybrids, both fire. Both over thirty percent THC, high in terps and flavor, and with highs that last for hours. Don't believe us? Come to Terp Bros Astoria and try one (or both) today!
Crispy's Birthday Cake Bar Edible (Ozone Park)

Childhood memories vary for all of us, but one that is almost truly universal is the process of making homemade rice krispy treats. Melting the butter with the marshmallows, mixing in the cereal, flattening it out and letting it cool before you cut off that magical first corner piece. Crispy's intends to replicate that nostalgic experience with their new Birthday Cake Bar. It is a birthday cake flavored rice krispy treat with frosting and sprinkles. Oh yeah, and it also happens to have a hundred milligrams of THC in each one! These things pack a punch and deliver on the flavor as well! They're a nostalgia packed sugar bomb in the best possible way. Like stepping back into the nineties (or whatever decade you were a kid) and getting a small taste of what life was like before responsibilities kicked in. Then you remember they still exist. Bummer. But then the high kicks in and everything is all good again. Try that roller coaster of emotions for yourself today at Terp Bros Ozone Park!
Weekly Restaurant Highlights
Court Square Diner (Long Island City)

Listen, before you get on us about it, yes. We're highlighting yet another diner in the restaurants section. However, we feel like you'll agree after you try it, that Court Square Diner isn't just your average diner. This place serves love on a plate in the form of classic, comforting diner food. From melts to milkshakes, over easy eggs to avocado toast. This place does it all and they do it the classic way. No frills, no fancy tableware or dress codes. Not that we're aware of any diners that do have those things. Anyway, what we're trying to say is that you have to try the food at Court Square Diner. It's served hot, fresh, and with love like it was made for you by a family member. Not quite like mom does it, but close enough in a pinch. Make sure to order the bacon extra crispy, if you like crispy bacon. That tip comes straight from our new budtender. If they burn it, blame him.
El Galan Peruvian Restaurant (Jackson Heights)

If you like traditional Peruvian food, you're in luck! El Galan is an amazing and tiny restaurant that's located inside an also tiny corner store on Northern Boulevard in Jackson Heights. They offer classic Peruvian dishes as well as modern American twists on classics. They also serve a number of fresh squeezed juices and delicious drinks so now that the weather is heating up again, it's the perfect place to add to your list of places for a quick cool down. However, we aren't writing about them for the juice. It's about the quality of the food being cranked out of this tiny place. It's so small you might not see it if you blink while walking by but the flavors are so big after your first taste you'll remember it forever. They have amazing sandwiches and platters with rice and beans and amazing meats and sides, but their number one item isn't any of that. No. Their best item, in our opinion, is the creamy pesto pasta topped with a freshly grilled and butterflied chicken breast. The meat is cooked to perfection, the pasta is perfectly aldente, the sauce is creamy and herby and has a hard to place kick of spice that really brings the whole dish together. It truly is a masterpiece. If you want to try it for yourself (and you do) get there ready to wait. There are only a few seats in the back against the wall. Be sure to tell them we sent you when you stop by. And thank us later for the recommendation.
Small Business Spotlight
Queens Night Market (Flushing Meadows Corona Park)

It's happening again. We're highlighting Queens Night Market again, but hear us out. We're only repeating the Queens Night Market shoutout because we know not enough of you have taken the opportunity to go check it out. So we think that if you trust us enough to read each week and take us up on our weed recs, that you might see how serious we are about this and go check it out for yourself. What is it, exactly? So glad that you asked. It is a weekly gathering of local food vendors, small businesses, artists, and goods sellers. It is free to get in, and all of the food vendor prices are capped at six dollars per item. That means you can go with a group, split up and wait in one line a piece, meet back up at a previously agreed upon location within the market, and munch down on foods from an assortment of cuisines all over the world for only a handful of dollars a piece. True value like that rarely exists in this city anymore, so while it does, you should take advantage of it. You can get Egyptian chicken, Tibetan dumplings, Puerto Rican Pernil, and Sichuan Ice Jelly from China all in one place. Almost nowhere else in the world gives you that opportunity and it's right here in Queens every Saturday through spring and summer! Who knew our own backyard was so cool? Oh, the world knew? Sweet! They also play live music, have plenty of open seating areas both at tables and on the grass, and sell alcohol for those over twenty one. It really is a blast for anyone. Fly solo, take a date, bring the family, even the dog is welcome! Every Saturday from 5pm to 10/11pm behind the Queens museum in Flushing Meadows Corona park.
