What is the minimum order for weed delivery in Queens?

Minimum varies slightly by distance from depot — Dutchie checkout surfaces the exact minimum for your address. The flat $5 delivery fee applies on every order. Free delivery on orders over $100.

How long does weed delivery take in Queens?

Same-day across every covered neighborhood. Closer addresses (Astoria, Ditmars, LIC, Ozone Park, Howard Beach) typically arrive faster; farther addresses (Far Rockaway, Bayside, Whitestone) take longer. Friday and Saturday evenings run on the longer end of every window.

When is the same-day delivery cutoff?

Orders placed before 9:00 PM dispatch the same calendar day. After 9:00 PM the order flips to next-morning scheduled, with the first wave going out at 10:00 AM. We do not run after-hours emergency runs — OCM CAURD rules require driver shifts to end by 11:00 PM.

Is cannabis delivery legal in Queens?

Yes. New York State authorized adult-use cannabis sales and delivery in March 2021 via the MRTA. Only OCM-licensed CAURD operators can legally deliver. Terp Bros holds both — OCM-CAURD-23-000020 (Astoria) and OCM-CAURD-25-000294 (Ozone Park). Any other Queens delivery service without posted OCM license numbers is unlicensed and unsafe — no lab testing, no driver compliance, no recourse if product is bad.

What forms of payment do you accept for delivery?

Delivery is prepay-only via Dutchie Pay — drivers do not accept cash, debit, or credit at the door. In-store you can pay cash or debit (no credit cards at any NY dispensary per federal banking rules); ATM on-site at both walk-in stores.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

No. OCM CAURD rule on every NY cannabis license. The name on the order must match the 21+ government photo ID at the door. Roommates, partners, friends, or guests cannot accept — even if they are also 21+. Drivers do not have discretion to bend this rule. If the account holder is not home, the order is returned to depot and refunded.

Do you deliver weed to Long Island City?

Yes. Long Island City (11101 / 11109) routes from the Astoria depot — Hunters Point and Court Square covered. LIC is the closest neighborhood to Astoria after Ditmars itself, so weekday morning runs land quick. $5 flat fee, free over $100.

Do you deliver weed to the Rockaways?

Yes — to hotels and the surrounding neighborhood (11430). We cannot deliver inside terminal secure zones (TSA rules + federal airspace make that a non-starter). Typical 20 to 40 minute window from Ozone Park depot. JFK-area hotels including the TWA, Hilton, Hyatt Place, and Resorts World Casino accept Terp Bros driver drop-offs at the lobby or curb.
