That means that there is no intergalactic wait for the flower with solar power. No, it doesn't power any of your devices. We're just trying to stick to a theme here. Anyway, the strains available at both Terp Bros locations include the Atomic Apple (Hybrid), Xeno (Hybrid), Brainwash (Hybrid), and Cosmic Cereal (Hybrid). The Xeno is the perfect blend of creamy sweetness and gassy funk with a long lasting flavor. The Atomic Apple is a sour green apple flavor bomb. A candy terp lover's dream. The Brainwash is a spicy, sweet, herbal delight with effects that last long after most others would have faded away. Finally, the Cosmic Cereal hits the nose with a creamy, sweet, buttery scent that continues on the inhale and melts into a smooth vanilla flavor after the exhale. Knickerbocker OG (Indica) and Halle Berry (Hybrid). The Knickerbocker OG is sweet, delicious, and powerfully potent. It has to be the best to be named after the best. The time has come. Static Room has finally released their dry sift hash infused prerolls. We aren't going to flood this paragraph with needless details. We're simply going to tell you a few facts and then iterate and reiterate that you definitely want to try these while they're around. And they are limited, so move quickly once you know which one (or ones) you want to try. Without further ado, here's the lineup. The Mega Z x Red Stardust (Hybrid), the Cherry Popperz x Garlic Popsicle (Hybrid), the A.M.A. 2.0 x Garlic Popsicle (Indica), the Lemon Popperz x Honey Banana (Sativa), and the Party Poppers x Trop Cherry (Sativa). Take your notes, pick which ones you want, or simply toss the notepad out the window and head to your nearest Terp Bros location now to grab one of each while supplies last. Less of a product highlight and more of a warning that these are going to fly off the shelves at both locations so your best bet to snag one would be to act fast! You're welcome in advance. Weekly Restaurant Highlight - Cherry Valley Supermarket Hot Bar (Astoria)

We can already hear it. Cherry Valley isn't a restaurant. That's where I buy my bread for my peanut butter sandwiches. Sure, those are both true things, depending on your stance on peanut butter and where you live. However, what you may not know about this humble Astoria supermarket is that tucked away in the center of the store is a tiny hot bar serving up big West Indian flavors. Yeah, you read that right. You can get curry goat, oxtail with mac and cheese, and an assortment of other West Indian delicacies that you will not believe are being made and served at a tiny supermarket in Queens. You simply have to try it for yourself. Here's how to set up your plate like a pro. Get a good base of mac and cheese first. This is essential as it is going to act as a vessel for the remaining sauces of the rest of the food. Now, with your macaroni base, grab yourself some curry goat and rice and peas and put that off to one side. Then, the best oxtail you've ever had or will ever have in a grocery store on the other side. Finally, top it off with freshly fried sweet plantains to bring everything together with a familiar sweetness. This is arguably the best hot supermarket food we've ever tried. We wouldn't be recommending it if it wasn't. Make sure you let the cashier know that we sent you when they're ringing you up. They won't know what you're talking about, but that's okay. We don't reach out to businesses before we highlight them. And once your plate is packed, Terp Bros Astoria is right in the neighborhood for dessert.

Weekly Restaurant Highlight - Colima Taqueria Two Dollar Birria Taco Tuesday (Sunnyside)

Colima Taqueria is taking Taco Tuesday to the next level by offering their patrons two dollar birria tacos every Tuesday. Sure, any taco on any day is great. But a birria taco... on a Tuesday... just hits different. That's why we're highlighting them this week. You've been working really hard. It's been a lot this summer and we see you. You can always count on us to find spots that will help you stretch your dollar so you have more to bring with you here to Terp Bros! Seriously though, go try the tacos on Tuesday. You'll be glad that you did. Slow braised beef and delicious, brothy consomme. All for only a couple bucks? You can't beat that! Make sure you let them know we sent you when you stop by!

Event Spotlight - 4th Annual Beer Towne Festival (Ozone Park)

Our neighbors at Beer Town are having their fourth annual Beer Towne which is a get-together they have every year to spotlight their store, local brewers, and all things beer! If you love weed and beer, you have got to stop by and check it out on September 12th at 135-26A Cross Bay Blvd. Need another reason to come by? No problem, we got you. What if we told you that Beer Town is right next door to Terp Bros Ozone Park? Well, we hope you're sitting down because now you can catch a buzz and some buds in one place! Also, by then we'll have slightly more tolerable weather. With any luck, that is.
