If you need a new addition to your brunch destination lineup, try Nana’s in Howard Beach! They make some of the most delicious brunch and American fare in Queens and the service is always top notch as well! If you happen to be going for brunch, we highly recommend you try some of these options. Their Vermont breakfast sandwich features soft scrambled farm fresh eggs, Vermont white cheddar, and fire roasted tomatoes on a soft brioche bun. Their brunch burger never misses, featuring Wagyu beef, Grafton Cheddar cheese, heirloom tomato, Boston lettuce, avocado foam, and a farm fresh fried egg on top. Taco Deli Spot (Astoria)
The title of “Best Tacos in NYC” isn’t one we like to just toss around lightly. In fact, with how many tacos we’ve had over the years, it seems almost unfair to unequivocally hand out that accolade without at least doing our due diligence first. We believe that, if not the best in the city, the quesadillas at Taco Deli Spot here in Astoria at least deserve to be in the running. Every piece is homemade. From tortilla to filling to sauces. The shells are fried crispy. The bottom layer of the shell is filled with a healthy layer of fried cheese. On top of that, your filling of choice is piled high before being topped with lettuce, onion, cilantro, and cheese powder. These things are big, meaning although you only get three per order, you’ll likely have more than enough to fill you up. Tacos not your thing? Not to worry! This place also does all kinds of other Mexican staples as well as sandwiches, burgers, and so much more! However, where they truly shine is the “Mexican Snacks” section of their menu.
